Gino’s Pizza - London, Ontario

I'm shocked by your customer service agent's behavior and demands. Being told I need to have 80% of the pizza left to qualify for a replacement is ridiculous, especially when the issue is with the pizza's preparation and presentation, not the amount I've eaten. Also I believe it is important ... to remind you that at the time that I called My family had eaten 3 slices out of a XL Pizza and the representative on the phone said three slices out of an extra large pizza is less than 80% left over. We were staying at the Best western's hotel waited over an hour for the food to be prepared and delivered to our hotel by that time our children were very hungry and when the Pizza arrived in the room and the children wanted to eat the last thing in the world we were going to do was tell them NO. I am a customer, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I expect a higher level of service and quality from your establishment. Please escalate this issue to a supervisor or manager, and ensure that my concerns are addressed promptly addressing this issue with your staff does not resolve anything with me. Read more

Unbelievable pizza at this location!! I got a slice for everyone at the office and they were all saying how great the pizza is! 🍕 I strongly recommend going here if you're at the White Oaks mall is its right across the street from there, beside Subway. Choose Gino's.

Ordered dinner for the whole family on a Friday night and was quite disappointed with everything we got. The crust was dry and stale. The toppings were over-cooked. The garlic bread was plain bread smeared with some tasteless garlic butter. Not even toasted. Dipping sauces were served within the pizza ... boxes, so you know all that creamy garlic was warm and gross. With so many better options in the city, I don’t see why anyone would choose this Gino’s. UPDATE: Then, a day after the order the restaurant replies with a message that doesn’t make any sense. I agree, yes I do need money back. No, we didn’t wait to eat, we ate the pizza as soon as it was delivered. We ordered garlic bread, not bread with butter. Read the reply yourself. Just another reason not to order from this location. The pizza tasted good, but I was not able to have more than 3 slices, and some of my friends could eat only one piece. We ordered classic pepperoni pizza, and the taste wasn't much different, but the crest was dry. It was not good as compared to swan pizza, ... which I had in Argyle Mall. So you guys should definitely try that one. Cost is almost the same as compared to this one. Read more
