Domino’s Pizza - London, Ontario

I ordered pizza online and the delivery driver forgot to take payment and then i called to store and they send other driver to take payment ,but he was rude like why did you forget to give payment and you should remember to give payment and you should have humanity ... to remind driver to take payment and then while taking payment he is asking me what was the amount for the order. After complaining about this driver at store driver call on my personal cell phone and tells why did you do complain about this issue and all. Worst delivery driver ever seen. Read more

nobody here knows how to make a pizza, and the customer service will make you upset. i asked for some garlic on top of the pizza expecting a light dusting and was met with pools of garlic across the whole pizza making it inedible. when i took the pizza back i ... was met with hostility and no one would own up to the mistake, instead reluctantly making me another pizza while banging items around the counter. i don’t recommend the location at all. Speed is good, taste is great, but otherwise this location is subpar. I like to pay with cash but their staff always roll their eyes, their cash box is always locked, and when they finally find the key after the supervisor searches for 15 minutes, it's full of only quarters ... and they ask if it's okay to not give me adequate change (it's not okay, thanks). The odd time I've ordered delivery, I've selected that I'll pay cash, and the delivery person stares blankly because they never come prepared for that. This location is the best. They're super fast getting my delivery to me every single time, without fail. Always between 20-30 minutes. They are so fast that I need to let my pizza cool off when it arrives.

Always pay regular price but recieved a flyer which advertises "Any Size 2-Topping Pizza" for $11.99. Cool, order an XL and they say "Nope, Large in the biggest their system will allow". I understand the deal may have come from head office, but the right move is ... to honor the deal (it's like, what, a $1 difference?) and then get HQ to refund you the balance later.
