I just had a crispy chicken and either the oil needs to be changed or it was double fried. Either way the food went in the trash. It also had no toppings. Just a burnt chicken patty on a bun with what I hope was mayo, but had a ... slightly clear appearance. 🤢 It wasn’t all bad. hubby enjoyed his long cheeseburger, and the fries were hot and yummy. This staff at this BK are always friendly and ask if you want condiments in the bag. Ordering online is easy. The food is fresh, and they almost always have zesty sauce for the onion rings.

Unfortunately whoever was working overnight Friday to Saturday on June 1st were complete morons. One man, one woman. Absolutely unable to take an order! You don't have that many options and when you ring something in, you leave it on the order, you don't remove it and tell the customer they're ... wrong. We also found out that you no longer offer the King Meal Deal which was the single-handed only reason I still came since in recent you've gotten rid of any good deal in favour of ridiculous "deals" that do not fit the Canadian market.
