Great food, ribs and chicken plates were great. Service was a little slower than normal but the server was very friendly and accurate with the orders. Prices are fair, dishes range from $18-$30($10 for kids meals)
We went to this location in Stoney Creek last night to enjoy a birthday dinner with the family. Staff was great and checked on us often. He was friendly with the kids as well which made the experience better. We ordered steak specials and off the kids menu. Food was ... delicious. Steaks were cooked to perfection, just melted in your mouth. Sides were also equally as delicious. It wasn’t even that packed so we had room to actually enjoy the experience. We went here on a Friday night on a date night. There were plenty of empty tables but we were told a 20 minute wait. It became apparent that the location was severely understaffed. I only noticed 2 waitresses and they were running around non stop. The food was good but ... took a very long time to get to us. The tables around us had multiple things wrong with their meal and I'm sure this was not because of the error of the waitress but the major pressure and stress put on by the lack of the staff. Our waitress Amanda was working exceedingly hard and showing a positive demeener the entire time that we were there. There was fallen booster seats on the floor by the door that customers were walking around for about an hour. None of the staff even had time to fix them. We put them away ourselves on the way out. If the management see this I hope they work on hiring some staff and really showing appreciation to the staff that are still there. Read more
