Mayo on my sandwich when I asked you not to. We communicated multiple times cross the counter and it was confirmed by you no mayo. Literally costs more in gas in my car to come back out and get a new sandwich so instead I'll review here and this'll be ... my reminder to not come back. Boycott begun. Learn communication skills because I'm not the only one having issues and it's costing your business Updating my review: you can deny me having purchased from your restaurant but be honest, you sell chicken sandwiches and you feel that a chicken sandwich wasn't ordered without mayo throughout the entire day? Perhaps your staff aren't as trustworthy with answers to you? I took a picture of the sandwich at the time... you think I save random pictures of half eaten food for each restaurant I visit to leave negative reviews.. Anyways.. this review has reached 1000 views according to Google. Your response shows how little you care about satisfaction at an individual level and I will go ahead with pushing this through to head office due to your negligence in the matter. They made it super spicy for me they even didn't me for the spicy options. I felt bad and i faced some of discrimination from the store employees as compare to other customers coz she asked other customers for the spice options but not to me . It ... was hard for me to eat it . Read more

Philippians girls are so rude. They don't communicate with customers respectfully. I went there to eat in about 5 times in last month. They didn't let me use washroom. The washroom was working but they didn't let me access to it. Additionally,the chicken was salty.

Ordered 10 Pc LTO, Spicy Chicken, 2 Large sides and 5 Biscuits, half white and half dark chicken requested to Cashier. Received 8 pieces of Dark meat, Drums and Thighs and two pieces of White meat, Rib and Wing. I had specifically requested but Team member was reluctant to deliver ... the product as per the standards. I think store is under new management and I had faced lack of product quality and service during last visit too. They had reduced the quantity of fries when I order the same promotion last time. Looks like, they would like to trick customers, generate more profit and they act like a "Customer Service Angel". I have been ordering the "Family meal promotion" of Popeyes more than a decade.
