Busy lunchtime which is expected but sandwich was burnt and coffee had creamer instead of milk. We had takeout so didn't realize errors until back in car. Too much trouble to go back to correct.

Panini press wasn't working and they gave me a crummy breakfast wrap, but the lady was super friendly and apologetic. All is forgiven. I go to this location pretty frequently because it’s the closest tims to my job, if it wasn’t for that I would have stopped going completely. The customer service is horrendous and although the hours technically state that they’re open until 10, they typically stop serving most food items after ... 5. If you are lucky enough for them to serve you they’re typically rude with eye rolling and snotty comments while you try and place your order. I can't say that I have ever been in a Timmies 30 minutes before closing time where there is absolutely nothing on the bakery shelves. Good thing that we were just looking for something to drink before leaving St. John's for the evening. Interesting indeed...
