Lovely place and good food, but not fantastic. I like their patio and the trees in it. Nicely decorated. It is a clean place but there are still room for improvement. The service was great. We were a group of 4 and sat outside. Our sever adjusted the overhead warmer for us. ... We tried their Fridays special, Mojito, and it’s a little bit sugary! Excellent service and food, the owners are charming people. Great spot with a beautiful atmosphere, food is good and the amount is perfect. Would recommend for superb eats, it also has vegan and vegetarian options, always a plus in my books.

Our group of 4 came in on a saturday late afternoon. There were 3 other tables of people but otherwise rather quiet in the restaurant. There seemed to be one server only and we were not acknowledged with water or menus till 20 mins in. Cozy spot with lots of ... room. No music in the background. Menus seems to be a little rough shape (loss of colour). Pricing seems rather (surprisingly) high although it is in a popular district of inglewood. Did not get a chance to try out the food as we waited a total of 40 mins and nobody still came over to take our orders. We decided to leave as we had to go/was hungry. We had a great experience at Salt +Pepper tonight. I ordered the vegetarian burrito and it came with a side of rice and beans. It was delicious and filling. The portion was not huge but just perfect. My husband ordered the chicken enchiladas with Mole sauce. The mole sauce was ... amazing. Although there is no kids menu, our server said she would be happy to have a kids portion of many of the items for her. She had the kids quesadilla and it came with rice and beans as well. I had to stop myself from eating hers as well. It was delicious. The atmosphere was very quaint and it looked like they had a fantastic patio in the warmer months. We will be back to rest it out. They take reservations and it is a very clean well run spot. My only reccomendation would be to get a couple of high chairs or booster seats for the younger guests. Read more

Salt and pepper is one of my favourite mexican restaurants (if not my favourite) in yyc. I love the stuffed poblano pepper as it is a hearty but vegetarian option that leaves you feeling satisfied but not overly heavy. The menu is quite big and if you go for lunch ... its well priced. The location in Inglewood is super cute and homey, a perfect place for a date! Read more
