Service was so poor. Selforder machine refuse to print an order, stuff forgot to put cheeseburger in Happy meal, no drink refill anymore. Dirty tables and floors. Even after saying to the stuff that the area has to be cleaned, no one did it. They changed garbage bin, that's all. ... Play area doesn't have chairs anymore. I regret going there. Read more

I came here for french fries at 12pm and paid over $10 for 2 large fries. I havent ate this garbage in years but figured we would have a treat tonight. I waited over 5 min when nobody was around or being served to be talked to. I was told ... to drive to the window and waited another 5 minutes before anyone showed up. I received my food and drove away to find the fries were not even half full. I pulled back around and was told to come to the window. I politely told the girl the situation and shoved a small fries at me without saying anything. I told her I want 2 large fries with full fries, she told me whatever and closed the window on me. I am a business owner and to see a immigrant treat me and my partner like this when my parents can't even get jobs was mind blowing. Ordered 2 quarter pounder BLT meals and this is what we got in our "medium" fries. Person taking Drive Thru orders kept telling me to "wait" and "hold on" every time I tried to ask for everything even though he had already started taking the order.
