Lovely restaurant. Omar greeted me and got a seat in less than 10 minutes on a Sunday noon. I tried the Nitro Cold Brew Coffee recommended by my server. The coffee amazed me; it is a cafe-level coffee with no bitter taste and does not taste like cheap coffee. I would ... definitely order again. The portion is satisfactory. There are four kinds of syrup to go with pancakes, but you can skip the strawberry one unless you love cough syrup. Visited this place at 7:30 in the morning and were promptly attended and seated as the place was empty. However, soon after, the place started to gradually fill up. We ordered Southwest Chicken Bowl, Sweet Strawberry Cheesecake waffle, and coffee. The coffee was alright and went well with the waffles. The ... waffles were warm with a crisp exterior and a chewy interior with a delicious topping of cheesecake and sweet and tangy strawberries. The Southwest Chicken Bowl, however, was atrocious. The bowl was big in size, but the bacon and hashbrown were not cooked properly. The scrambled eggs lacked seasoning. Would be skipping the bowls next time and sticking with the waffles and pancakes.
