Neabors Family Restaurant - Lindsay, Ontario

The decor is dark and dated, but the service, and food is absolutely great. Our server Sasha was very cheerful and pleasant. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meals. I had the Butter Chicken, and it was very good. 5 stars to the chef...your food is absolutely great.

This is a 9$ BLT . 1 leaf of lettuce, paper thin tomato’s and two strips of bacon . Stay at home people . This was absolutely ridiculous. Very nice waitress I must say though . Also 4.50 for a pop .

We haven't been to Neighbors in several months but have always liked it. We went on a Thursday evening around 6pm and when we got there we thought it was closed. Just then a woman whipped open the doors and declared that the restaurant was open. We went in and ... to our surprise the place was empty, a fact we found to be strange since it was quite busy around town. We found that the menu was fairly simplified from the last time we were there. I ordered the roast beef dinner and my wife ordered the Teriyaki salmon. Both dinners were very tasty and the roast beef dinner was only $22. Our only issue was our waitress had a body odour miasma that I could smell before she got within 20ft of us. I literally had to hold my breath when she came to our table. Each person reading this may have a different reaction to it. For me, it was really repulsive especially while I was eating. Then when we finished our meal, even though we were the only people there, it took forever for us to get the bill and pay. We literally watched the waitress wash the dishes while laughing and talking to the kitchen staff while we waited to leave. I had breakfast there today with my family and it came with coffee also included with the price for only $9.99. Food was amazing and service was also very good. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back.
