The waitress was so rude we walked out. We went up to the Halibut House they were very good.

A bright clean dining area if you’re staying, but the main attraction is behind the counter at the fryer. Classic thick cut chips are served up golden to medium brown, hot and fluffy inside. The halibut portions were generous, fried in a crispy, light golden batter. The ... cook makes sure the fish pieces stand on end to drain before packaging them up on top of the fries. the food sucks! small portions, we ordered large fries and it was in the same size box they put one piece of fish in. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. and the lady that helped me was just plain rude and looked like she hated her life.

Very disappointed with dining in. Probably best in they stick to Take Out only. Visited at dinner time, 5:30 pm. Atmosphere was uninviting as only one half of the restaurant was available for seating. A chair and sign at the entrance stopped customers from sitting at the ... front near the windows. The fish was ok but mostly batter and the salad was a disappointment, mostly lettuce, best to keep it off the menu. We asked for coffee and was told "sorry we do not have a pot on". Obviously not wanting to put too much effort into wanting to give good service. The ladies bathroom was cleanish and had hand soap and towels but most of the tiles were falling off with several holes in the walls. It really needs work and gives you a yucky feel to what is suppose to be a nice evening out. Luckily Lindsay has many nicer other options for a meal out. I will not be returning. Read more
