Was within the last hour before the mall closes so it was not busy. Two people ahead of us, and the young lady taking orders and bagging food was very efficient at her job. The manager was cooking and the food was hot and fresh and delicious. We don't ... have a Burger King inour town so when we are able to find one in our travels I am there for the OCS. The sprite tasted like chemicals. I always come here. I know the taste of sprite. When I experienced this for past 2 days, I told the employees they said it's just the way our sprite tastes.

I put an complaint in 5 DAYS ago regarding a string I found in my whopper after taking the first bite. All I wanted was my money back ( under $40) I get accident happen yet we we didn't feel safe eating this meal. Great spot, open access to the mall - which isn't too crowded usually anyway. Fast service, food is how you expect. Quite a bit of seating - decently clean and has wifi. No washrooms or self-serve fountain drink machine.
