Pizza Hut - Lethbridge, Alberta

We visited this location with a group of about 14 youth. We tried to call a head to make reservations and order pizza so that the kitchen and staff would have sufficient time to prepare for our larger group. Dealing with the workers on the phone was horrible, they were ... so unhelpful and told us that we needed to be there in person to order the food. We sent one adult in to order food and make arrangements an hour prior to us planning to eat. While she was trying to make reservations and order the food, the employee was appallingly rude and kept leaving during their conversation to go help other people walking in. Once everything was organized for us, we showed up at the arranged time and again the worker at the front was snarky and rude. I have never had such horrible customer service at a restaurant where employees roll their eyes and give you attitude every time you talk to them. I will not be returning! Read more

One two topping mushroom pizza for takeout. Do you think it had mushrooms on it? No. Corporate subsidies taking jobs away from real Canadian young people so our country can put brown people on welfare. Wake up Canada!

If I could give this place a zero for today I would. Came in today around 1pm for the buffet, was there maybe a half hour, hardly any new food was out. There was a small amount of salad and hardly a pizza or pasta option. Bread sticks looked older ... then the restaurant itself! I was already a little frustrated, then before we were even done the server came up with the machine and made us pay? We weren't even done eating our disgrace of a lunch! Worst 40$ I ever spent. Please read: raw meat and more... Why am I so angry bro? Well let me share... This was the 9th and 10th that were inedible, basically my last four orders. 1-8 I asked for light sauce and ended up with clumps of sauce. I had cheese that wasn't even cooked long enough to ... melt. I had a line of uncooked dough in the crust. But raw dough and seriously raw meat? Just bugger right off. I hope the first picture conveys how wet and uncooked it is just beneath the cheese; I can literally pull it off and make a dough ball - uncooked. I AM pretty confident the anemic color of the meat tells you everything you need to know. It truly is as raw as it looks. Demanded my money back, sick of credits. And sent the food back whether they wanted it back or not. You would think a manager would want to see it? Well at least one that cares. Customer service is so frustrated with this store, they gave me the direct number to call the store because I have faithfully given them pictures of everything. I'm extremely angry and disappointed. It wasn't always like this. Apparently training is a huge problem; both in the kitchen and out. And I certainly wouldn't have the manager I spoke to managing anything. He stuttered, stammered, had to ask somebody else for advice? Didn't introduce or identify himself, I asked if there was a manager available and he just said 'yeah'... After a pause I had to ask if he was the manager. And answered the phone like he was at home... Raw food, delivery drivers that aren't particularly able to read house numbers, managers that can't manage. And apparently the owner takes weekends off - well s*** isn't that nice! Super disappointing when you spend over 40 for a pizza and 8 wings and come home realize the pizza is made very poorly. All the cheese was in the middle and chicken was all almost one side. Very sad to say they hire guys and give them no good training ... or show them a good standard. No I did not wanted to call and complain because it will not go anywhere.
