Always had delicious fresh pizza here. A couple of times, the order was not prepared as we asked but they always offered us to remake it. I only wish the west side had a dine in pizza hut with the buffet option. Update: they continue to offer stellar customer service a ... year later. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Everytime I have ordered here we always request just that the sauce be changed it is very clearly stated what we ordered just instead of one sauce we get the regular tomatoe sauce. The last literally 9 times I have gone here ... since it's the one closest to our house they have not made it properly even when I call to verify that they checked. Everytime I have to wait close to 15-20 minutes for a new one. Read the tickets what if someone with a severe allergy had ordered that then didn't know you added something and ate it because you were careless and didn't check again and didn't care. They act like it's nothing but I have things I need to do places I need to be and they had 30 minutes to make sure everything was correct before I got there to pick up and still didn't confirm on your own end. Ordered a pizza at this location for pickup. Picked it up and wnet home hoping to eat it. The crust was almost completely uncooked. Wont bae going back to this store and perhaps this company. IF YOU WANT POTENTIAL FOOD POISONING ON THE SIDE, COME EAT HERE.... Salad was rotten, turned yellow, and slimy. Bacon was soggy, slimy, and grey. Smelled horrible. Obviously prepped at least 2 or 3 days ago and left in the fridge with uncooked bacon. 🤮🤢 When returned to the restaurant, we were treated with ... no respect and asked" well, what do you want?!" and all the excuses under the sun about why they sold us a moldy salad. No apologies. We obviously asked for a refund. The people working there give off the impression that you're an inconvenience and they don't care about the quality of their food. Ordered the all meat pizza and the chicken caesar pizza both medium. Pizza arrived really quickly. Both pizza were missing the sauce. Dry, tasteless. On phone now been put on hold twice. Person admits they freeze the meats which kills the flavour.. tastes like a waste of money. Never Again.... ... Still on hold Read more
