DON'T BOTHER WITH ONLINE ORDERS. I don't mind this KFC, Employees are terrible at online pick up orders and don't even see it, so when you show up you have to let them know they have an order and then they will start making it. Fries were very cold and not fresh it seems like it’s been made 2 days before. This happened 3-4 times Never gonna visit again.

Had to wait over 1/2 an hour for an expensive Family Meal. 10 piece bucket had 5 drumsticks and 5 thighs. All burnt, batter falling off into bottom of a bucket with a weirdly dark grease stain in it. Fries were cold and soooo old. Salad had only macaroni, ... dressing, and diced carrots. The coleslaw was only dressing, white cabbage (bitter tasting) and again diced carrots. What ever happened to the 12 secret herbs and spices? The food has lost its flavour and is bland. The chicken and fries are often cold or barely warm. The crispy fried skin that people loved is no longer there and often has globs of batter or spurts of grease. ... It's disappointing because Kentucky Fried Chicken used to be a go-to for summer picnics and now we think twice. I gave away the coupons because of how disappointed I was in the food. Stingy with their fries. Meager little portion. Not even what you'd call a handful. Meal combo was 17, almost $18. Paying that much, you'd think you would get decent amount. Had lots of gravy left over after meal. I know of a place downtown that will give plenty and I ... mean plenty of fries for about what you would pay here. Like 5 times the amount. Chicken wasn't that good. Cheapen out on the fries with your meal and I'd say go elsewhere for a better value for your meal. The presentation looked pitiful. Notice how commercials and ads show fast food to look plentiful and fresh, this place sure doesn't care what your food looks like when they serve it. Who wants to be served food from a bunch of careless slobs. KFC has really gone downhill over the years. Only thing that changes is the dollar amount. You get less for the more ridiculous prices they charge. For the Frankenstein chickens in those insane chicken producing farms.
