Umi Sushi Express - Lethbridge, Alberta

I was in the Mall washroom the same time as the male who works at Umi Sushi. They did not wash their hands after using the washroom. I can't comment on the food since I won't be trying it.

This is the worse sushi shop in town, not worth the price you pay and not recommended ever. Any walmart or Save-on Foods or even Costco may give you much better sushi.

We tried the beef and chicken udon. Delicious veggies, meat and huge, thick noodles. So filling we weren't able to finish everything.

The food was good. But was not what I expected. Received only 3large pieces of vegetables. 1 pepper 1 zucchini and 2 broccoli. 4pce sushi A loot of rice. Green beans very greasey yam fries seem like they where old.

I always get the mini bento box. I'm not a sushi fan the mini is perfect. It's a large portion size for a very affordable price! Be prepared to wait, as it's made to order.
