Taco Time - Lethbridge, Alberta

The staff working (specifically on July 6, 202at about 8pm) were amazing. Super friendly. The gentleman with glasses working up front behind the counter came and brought an extra snack for our kids, and even brought our ordered food to our table for us. Staff seemed nice and I haven’t been to a taco time in years so maybe it’s changed but I have never ordered a taco or burrito from them and not had sour cream or salsa on it and today me and wife’s orders had none and the food was bland ... as a result. This was my first visit to this TacoTime. The service was excellent and friendly but I’m not impressed with the food. Very bland, no flavour at all. Just felt like I was eating taco shells. Was there an ownership/management change? Based on previous visits, service was sub par and staff cold. The food was barely warm and I had eaten in.

Almost every time I've ordered from here they've gotten my order wrong. I'm vegetarian, so I enjoy the refried bean burrito (when it's correctly delivered), but 4/5 times I've ordered they've sent me beef.
