I've been to this DQ dozens of times and no matter what time of day it is I wait a minimum of 25 minutes in the drive thru to get my food. This time I ordered a small blizzard and they gave me a mini at the window. Asked if ... they could make the proper size so they dumped the ice cream into a small cup and just added more ice cream - no additional toppings or anything that I paid for so it was super diluted. The icing on the cake was watching as the employee got a big dollop of ice cream from the machine on his bare finger and scraped it off on the side of the cup back into the blizzard before handing it to me. We ordered two banana splits and waited about 40 minutes, a bunch of others that ordered after us were getting their food, and we were still there. Went to ask them about it, and the guy in the cashier rang it for something else (which they hadn't made it as ... well). He did make the banana split for definitely wasn't worth the wait, such a waste of time. That's the second time it has happened in this location, and we are definitely taking our business elsewhere. Miracle Treat day so we walked for blizzards. Lots of staff, made for a quick order. My banana split blizzard was a bit runny but tasty. The skor one was less runny.
Mobile ordered a large sundae. Had to wait in line 10 minutes to ask for my order. They pulled this out of the freezer. In what world is this a large sundae?? Its the same amount of ice cream as a small sundae just in a large container but they ... charge $3 more.... horrendous.
