Pizza 73 - Leduc, Alberta

I have never been so mortified by service at this store ever! I ordered online and waited 45 minutes the app showed being cooked still so I drove to the store anyways to check in to find out it had been sitting for minimum 10-15 minutes and ready. I ... was told it will still be hot so drove home opened the box and the bread was already crunchy and cold and so were the wings the dips were missing. Called customer service who was amazing and kind put me on hold and said they couldn’t deliver fresh but would I be willing to pick up and said yes and appreciated the help. 5 minutes later the store called I thought awesome food must be ready Nope it was a lady yelling at me refusing my order and said I needed to bring every piece back to her and then she would make my order while I waited but if every piece is not brought back she won’t do it ! Yelling at me non stop not even stopping to say I’m sorry or anything kind she literally yelled at me A minute later the kind gentleman at customer service called me to say she refused the order to be fixed and when I stopped him to tell him she called me and yelled at me non stop he was stunned and said the store’s behaviour is not acceptable and recommended I cancel the remake so I wouldn’t be yelled at any further. I recently moved from Toronto, essentially Brampton, and was in search of Punjabi-style pizza. This Pizza 73 location exceeded my expectations, offering the best Punjabi-style pizza I've ever had. Additionally, the staff's hospitality was exceptional, particularly the gentleman who assisted me; he was incredibly friendly and helpful.

PLEASE DONT EVER ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA STORE. I ordered pizza for my children for dinner, I ordered 2 pizza with extra cheese on both. When the pizza came it was cold and also there was barely any cheese on it all there was was dough extra cheese doesn’t look ... like that, it was a very very thin layer like they ran out of cheese or something and pizza was burnt. I called the customer service and they agreed to send me a new pizza which was fine because the kids didn’t even want to eat the pizza, the customer service called me back and told me that THIS PIZZA 73 BRANCH don’t want to bring me a replacement. I wanted to go there but I was stopped by my wife which she told me to call my credit company to dispute it to get my money back which I did. The pizza store's performance has been consistently unsatisfactory. On three separate occasions, I have encountered issues with their service. The first time, I was unable to place an order online or by phone. When I visited the store in person, the cashier was disinterested in taking my order and made ... several errors with my customizations. The second time, I placed an online order, but the store claimed they had not received it, despite my having received a confirmation. Ordered 20 piece wings from skip as we haveing my kids birthday party at home, and when we got this food,the kids started complaining and vomiting when they actually seen blood in the wings while eating ,kids teeth had blood stains on their teeth,...so decided to call pizza 73 ... 10.45pm and no answer, since kids were hungry, decided to jump in my car and drove to leduc store, customer service and master chef took a look at it and said that there is nothing wrong with them...it cooked perfectly fine and the automatic cooker jobs To cook them right ,plus no apologies were exchanged, and nor can they do anything about it,said we have to talk to skip for them to deal with this. As if skip did the cooking and the chef at pizza 73 did nothing . So asked if can speak to the manager and he even said that it's skips fault why they have given such and meal not done right. People are now days not honest and not taking responsibility for they own mistakes off not having proper education nor proper qualifications in there trade yet risking so many life's and health conditions due to poor hygiene.
