Taco Bell - Leduc, Alberta

WORST RESTAURANT IN LEDUC. We went to this location for the first time today, and we were blown away by how disgusting it was! It was only 5pm, so not post dinner rush, and the bathrooms were filthy and unstocked, and EVERY table in the dining area was filthy! I mentioned to a ... staff member about the bathrooms and he dismissed by lying to me that someone was working on it. I tried to mention that each table is filthy and he was so dismissive I just left. The fries are premade and pre bagged up front, clearly not a care from the kitchen staff either of providing fresh food. Easily 30 orders of fries just sitting there. If I could give this place a 0 stars I would this was the absolute worst service and experience I have ever had in this Taco Bell, my boyfriend and I eat here all of the time 2-4 times a week and I have never been treated so disrespectfully. We ... were going to sit down and eat our food instead of taking it to go but when we saw the place it was a disaster there is mold in the fountain pop drains, the floors are disgusting and hasn’t been cleaned all day let alone looks in 2 days, the tables have garbage and built up crust of some sort on them, the fountain pops were all straight water no syrup in them and I didn’t mention it to them as I hardly have any complaints but all I asked when they brought the food out if they could put it in a bag my exact words “ hey sorry do you mind if we get it to go” the woman said “what” and I said can we get it in a bag please and she rolled her eyes huffed and went to go put it in a bag. She put it in the bag and she threw the bag across the counter and I don’t mean by accident you could tell she was unconvinced and she threw the bag across the counter. The customers waiting for their order were also disgusted and angry when they saw that as I was being polite and in no way did that need to happen, a lady said I would ask to speak to the manager that was horrible I wouldn’t trust that food. I will never be returning to this location again, that was horrible and unacceptable. Great people… but horrible food we came in an hour or 2 before closing and they served me rice that looked like it had been out for hours! It was literally clear, felt like I was eating bones:((

When you get that craving. Yeah.. you know the one. You really can't go wrong here. It's great food and even better service. The price is reasonable. Clean bathrooms and dining room.

I am vegetarian and I ordered 3 bean burritos. All tasted like beef, and it’s fairly obvious that’s what was in it, ground up beef texture and a strong taste of not bean. I took one back, and they remade it and it tasted different and actually like bean. The ... other two tasted like beef also so I took them back and they insisted it was bean. I ended up just leaving with them, wasn’t worth the hassle. Not sure if they mixed beef with bean but it definitely had beef. Read more
