We (family of 4) stopped in for lunch. The lady who took our order said we had to order and pay for each meal separately. Ordered and paid for the first, then she walked away while we were putting in the second order, and the guy that took over was ... able to take the rest of our order on one bill. I don't often go to KFC. Not since the incident in Red Deer. BUT this place in Leduc is great. Fast service, friendly staff, and busy busy busy. It's a great place to get a good treat.

No condiments etc are available to the eat in experience. No napkins, forks, ketchup, salt, pepper. If you do not ask, you do not get it. So cheap. We received the last bit of white meat....40 minute wait for customers behind us.....at supper time??? Our ... white was dry, obviously the oldest of their last batch. Read more

This chain used to be the standard for fired chicken . Tonight my wife grabbed a 10 piece bucket for the family ….. chicken was dark dark brown … brown grease at the bottom of the bucket . As a person that has a little restaurant experience and does ... some southern cooking at home … the dark grease is a sign of it being old and the manager not wanting to change it out . Chicken was also really small and dry . I should have looked at the google reviews first … lots of 1 & 2 star reviews. Spend your money wisely and choose somewhere else. KFC you later ….
