Since when do we not fill the blizzard full!!! Even on the commercials and your signage there ice ice cream about the rim! At 7+ for a blizzard it better be full!! And what happened to the blizzard lids!! And why the only DQ that doesn't give pup cones...

These people will never see another dime of my money. 19 dollars for a burger with a poutine and a KIDS chocolate milk, this franchise is nothing but money hungry! Save your money and go to a ACTUAL restaurant and not some fast food trying to play 3 star restaurant.

The food is fine, it's the staff that's an issue. I advise against this location unless you want to be judged with snide looks and comments from the staff, complete with eyerolls, condescending tones, and not-so-discreet laughter at customers. It was a hot day but they gave us our sundae 🍨 before our meal and then my friend was waiting over 20 minutes to get our meals. They were cold and wrong ordered item was received by me. Good thing I am not allergic to anything. Not impressed with ... the wait time. Our cashier was good. Management was yelling at front counter area at another staff member when he was handing out someone else's meal from the display screen. Not good customer service. Read more

I am not sure what happened to my review. It seems like it may have been taken down or something, Overall not impressed by this particular location. It all started when we entered. There is a sign on the front door that says we will honour competitors coupons... how do ... you compare DQ with McDonald's or Burger King or anyone else? Well, according to the store manager, if you present him with a two can dine for $14.99 type of coupon for A&W Mama burger combos, that to him is equivalent of simple cheeseburger combos. So then I presented him with a two can dine coupon for A&W teen burger combos, apparently that's still equates to a cheeseburger combo... Dear restaurant, Take that sign down as you have no intention of honoring it. Here is a pic of my DQ cheese burger vs a mama burger from A&W, I'm not sure how you compare these two to each other but it's clearly not the same. Overall the service was sub par, cleanliness was slightly above standard. Food was standard grade. I have stopped at this location one previous trip through. Service and food was so-so at best, This will be my last visit that this particular location. There's nothing here to make me want me to come back. Read more
