Got a mug of coffee filled... Got charged $4.20. That's fricken crazy! They had my mug and started filling before they told me how much. I would have told them to keep it. Pointing out that they were using my mug they shrugged and laughed. I know it's not ... that much but it's the the principle. We are getting taxed and charged to death! Arg! Read more

Do NOT order the egg spinach and feta sandwich if you are hungry. 10 dollars and it is literally half a sandwich. Nowhere on the menu does it tell you this. I thought maybe they got it wrong, but when I went to the counter to ask, they told ... me it's only a half sandwich. 10 dollars for half of a sad sandwich. Do not recommend. The service was lackluster and uncaring, they did nothing to address my concerns, and their debit machine forces you to leave a tip for poor service. Nice cafe. The dining experience and beverages were outstanding, and the staff was accommodating. Michelle provided me with top-notch customer service. Whenever I fly out of Edmonton, I will, without a doubt, return for a bite.
