Excellent sushi. Everything was fresh and tasty. I was really impressed. We all enjoyed it. My only complaint would be that they were a little skimpy on the Wasabi. Highly reccomend.

Whether you're dining in or ordering takeout, you won't be disappointed. Great selection and very tasty! We've ordered the chef's choices many times as well as selecting our own rolls; they're all delicious. If you're coming in for lunch, they also have a lunch menu option. Great little spot in Duvernay.

I will never go back to the Mikasa on boulevard de la Concorde ever again, although it was my place of choice for sushis. Yesterday, I placed an order at 6PM asking if my ordoer could be ready by 7:30PM - the woman who answered said of course. I called ... ahead so they would have plenty of time to prepare my order. Well, I got the restaurant at 7:30 PM and my order was not ready, not even started. When I mentioned that I had called at 6PM, the waitress just said that they had been very busy. Strange as the restaurant was totally empty as well as the parking lot! I had to wait until 7:50 for my order. Does that mean that all the clients that came or phoned between 6 and 7:30 were more important than me? I guess so! I had an order of $200 worth of food. The waitress didn't offer to go through my order as they usually do - When I got home some of the sushis I had ordered were missing although they were on the invoice and paid for. Nobody came to see me and apologize for the delay. They simply just don't care. If this has happened to me, it will happen again to other customers. Bad management, bad manners, bad attitude.
