Tim Hortons - Laval, Quebec

Very poor service especially Saturday!! They always make the customers wait and they talk each other all the time every employee make different coffee and went you let them know this coffee it's very sweet they're rude to you

I don’t usually complain. Today I was really hungry. I passed by Tim Hortons, the one on 760 Rue Desserte Ouest and I ordered one jambon cheddar CUT IN TWO, TWO ice caps and potato wedges WITH KETCHUP in drive through. All I received was burned dry potato Wedges with ... no ketchup. Two ice cap with one straw. Sandwich not cut in two. Plus no napkins. Like why ? Fast service with no quality! Good Tim Horton's. Food here is consistently good, and most of the staff is on top of it. Shift manager, on the other hand, seemed distracted by side affairs with some of the patrons. They often forget to give napkins and rush you at the drive thru as though you have ten hands receiving order and paying at once. They are practically throwing it at you the way it is when you go through drive though. Understanding they get busy but it's a bit ... too fast especially for seniors or people with disabilities... They should be more respectful than to treat people lwith a lack of service courtesy. Also often I ask for no mayonnaise in a sandwich and still, mayonnaise comes in it. Read more

Tried this Tim Hortons several times over the last couple of weeks as I happen to be in the area so my review is not based on one single visit. Each time the experience was the same.... For whatever reason the employees can barely understand when you are ordering at ... the intercoms and completely misunderstand simple items (I am fluent in both languages). Then you get to the window and although the food is prepared quickly there are 2 issues: 1. Each time I ordered food I had to ask for napkins because they are never provided (even when ordering sandwiches) and 2, the food is always lukewarm. I am certain that because this location is so busy certain items like the breakfast sandwiches (Tim matins for example) are pre-made. There is no way they can prepare several orders in the 15 seconds it takes to get from the intercom to the window and each time the items are cold (or lukewarm at best). I get it's a busy location but if I'm paying to get cold food then there's no point as there are plenty of other options. Maybe take an extra 30 seconds and ensure items are at least somewhat warm, even the coffee is barely passable. Read more
