I spoke to Tony, to make reservations for our group of 16, we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and my sister's birthday. I explained that my grandson is autistic and doesn't do well in crowds.Tony was very accommodating and reserved a corner space, away from too much traffic. Although noisy, I ... was grateful we had our private space and my grandson enjoyed himself and made our celebration extra special. A big THANK YOU to the whole staff for .being so efficient and friendly . The food was fresh, delicious and served hot. The pizzas were baked to perfection. Listen, I’ve been to a lot of pizza places , this is by far one of the best crusts I’ve had , prices are very decent and quality of food is great, I had the privilege to meet one of the partners Lucas , he was working like the servers, ... helping out, answering calls, service etc… very down to earth, I respect that, you don’t find people like this now a days, that’s what makes a difference in the hospitality business now a days. You need to understand the business in and out, to serve perfection to customers. I highly suggest trying this restaurant , everything is clean, servers are smiling, floors are clean, huge parking! Try to pepperoni pizza , Cynthia was amazing , she was very attentive to the orders and always checked on us, check the photo, we are a big group, this is a first , everyone received the right order. Overcrowded. Tables on top of each other with no space. Extremely loud. Service was rushed and poor at the same time. Took forever to serve us yet kept reminding us there was a 2 hour limit. Had to ask several times for water. To top it off waitresses kept hitting into ... our chairs and seemed annoyed. One was even rude to my 6 year old daughter who was simply putting on her coat. You're looking for a good neapolitan style pizzeria? La Grange Urbaine in Laval is a hidden gem! The pizza is delicious and the cozy atmosphere with the fireplace adds to the experience.The pizza dough was very light and tasty. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Amazing experience, the staff was professional, great terasse. We had grilled veggies and polpette(which reminded me of my friend's nonna ones) in appetizers, and took the Margherita and La Parma pizzas. The crust in awesome, and fresh quality ingredients! I recommend it!
