Great food and friendly staff, the best smoke meat I ever had
Disappointing Experience I recently had a disappointing experience at this establishment. While enjoying my poutine, I discovered a screw bolt in my food, which was quite unsettling. Despite bringing it to the attention of the staff, the response was shocking, and the issue wasn't properly addressed. The overall customer service left ... much to be desired. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously for the sake of improving their food safety and customer relations. Manager admitted to this happening & no refund from restaurant or Uber eats provided…. I paid 60$ for two trios and a hotdog. Read more
Paid 20$ for large poutine and got the scraps as you can see in the picture! It was my first time here. I wont be returning and definitely don’t recommend them.
