Harvey’s - Laval, Quebec

If I could put a negative rating for service I would. Cheapest Harvey’s I’ve ever been to with pathetic staff. It started off bad from the moment we arrived. We were waiting for our burgers when a gentlemen before us asked for sauce on the side and was refused. When ... our turn came I asked for 2 extra slices of pickle on the side and they responded with “we’re not allowed”. I am pregnant and craving pickles, and the thing I’ve always loved about Harvey’s is that they are generous. Once I questioned the young lady why they don’t allow us to get extra pickles on the side she responded “we’re the only Harvey’s that don’t allow it if we already put pickles as a topping on your burger”. WOW. Alright. Next I asked can I at least have sauce on the side for my fries? “No sorry we already put sauce in your burger”. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. We sat down to eat very disappointed at this point. My husband got up to ask for napkins and she proceeded by giving him ONE!!! At this point we’re simply laughing. It’s a shame. We pay so much for your below average fast food and you’re cheap as hell with your clients. You should shut down or get a new owner. Shame on you robbing people. Read more

The restaurant has improved in many ways, such as fresh quality food service. I always get my orders as i asked for them to be. The staff shows a warm & friendly welcome as well. I recently dined at Harvey's and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive especially supervisor Serina. The food was delicious, with each dish bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Overall, I highly recommend ... Harvey's to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. Ordered 2 jr burgers two different times and learned that they put almost no toppings and use ONLY the parts of tomato and pickles (thin peel of tomato and Pickel )you would normally throw in the trash. Because it happened in two different times and in all 4 burgers it ... must be this specific restaurants policy. Store is run by teenagers so no one was able to explain or help either. The young girl at the cash was rude for no reason, she said she couldn't trio made me pay more, then refunded and was rude during all the process. My poutine had no gravy, so just fries cheese chicken and ranch, rly dry.
