First time everything was hot. The next time mostly cold. We go to breakfast most Thursdays in different places.

We are in our quest for the best breakfast restaurant in Laval, so we are very precise with our ratings. This was a nice place. The breakfast was good and fresh but very regular. We like the idea of leaving the coffee pots so that we can refill our cups without ... having to wait. I guess that the fact that breakfasts are now at minimum $25 for 2 people, we want to make sure that they are worthy of our patronage. The service was great! As for the food, you get good value for your money. A smoothie that would cost you between 8-10$ is only 5$ at L’Eggspress Laval. They have a diverse menu for every palate with a good price range. The portions are big and filling. I got a ... Mediterranean omelette and a berries smoothie. I traded one of my toasts for my boyfriend’s fruit bowl and made myself a peanut butter and banana toast with the other. The entire staff is so friendly and courteous, I almost felt like I had been there before even though it was my first time. The omelette was delicious and ther crispy potatoes WERE ACTUALLY CRISPY! Glad I stopped in, definitely recommend.
