Lovely heritage coffee shop in the village of saint rose, owner and staff are very customer oriented. Pat even showed us the roasting process of fresh beans, I’ve never experienced a lesson in coffee anywhere! It was amazing! The coffee was perfection and the croissants were so fresh, I felt like I ... was in a tiny village in France. A great start for Laval, a more diverse place rather than the generic coffee shops we see. Wish this place had more options and lower music. It needs some life.
