We came to Boston pizza because we had a ticket for a free kids meal. It took 1h before getting the food. When we did get it, the salad was missing its dressing and the pasta was not cooked enough. When it finally came the time to pay, they forgot ... to give us the discount, the only reason why we went to Boston Pizza. Because we’ve already payed, we could not get the discount anymore. My friend send back the fries as they were undercooked and cold. The server came back with the same fries and said that the chef didn’t find anything wrong with them. Terrible service. We were a group of 8, the waitress took the order and then served a few of the meals while the rest waited. The last 2 meals were served 20 minutes after the rest. Food is hit or miss, some items are not fresh but some are okay. Service is very slow they and they never fill your water up.
