Village Grec - Laval, Montreal, Quebec

Visiting family, I had the gyro with rice and a salad. My husband had the same with potatoes instead of rice. Large portions for everyone. Enough to take home for a second meal. The food was excellent and very fresh. Will definitely come back on our next visit.

Very authentic Greek place, hidden alongside the wide Samson boulevard. Generous portions and very welcoming staff. We had the combo plate, where you can choose 2 options, and a beer and it was under 50$ with tax and 20% tip (the service was really excellent). Very tasty, generous on the tzatziki ... also. The small terrasse gives on the parking lot but has flowers and a cute wooden structure. Does not seem like much from the outside, but totally worth it, we had a great time! Read more

Update my review: against my will, I have to change my review. I really loved this restaurant, last week we ordered 2 meals. It was fine the lamb was a bit salty so we asked for change and they did. But❌my red line is respect. The waitress was not respectful at ... all. She threw the bill to our table while we didn’t ask for the bill. And when we wanted to pay she got her nice face. We paid the tip anyway. But so disappointed. I hope the manger pays more attention to the staff they hire. Because despite the delicious food I might not go there anymore. My first time trying Greek food it was really delicious. big portion of food. Great service and reasonable prices. We didn’t pay for the desert and we had coffee and cake after our meal . Best Greek food ever! The portions are huge and the quality of the food is amazing.. tastes like home… definitely will be back
