We had a good experience in this store but food quality was below average. A bit overpriced when compared to the portions or quality of food served. When we came, we waited a long period of time and a lot of empty tables and people waiting. We were surprised by the behavior of the branch manager ( khawan ), and he started saying that you have to wait for a long time, and I can expel ... any customer I want ( with dirty words ). If it’s was possible to give 0 or - ⭐️ review would have given it. So this location is understaffed. The place was empty only few people there and we hade to wait for 5-8mn before someone show up and gave us a table. Once at our table. The waitress said that ... they have a new concept they don’t take your order you have to do again another line up to order your food. Once you order you go back to your table. The waitress bring the food for you and asks you literally to go take your own ustensils and glass and water. On top of that they dare to ask for tips when you paie so basically you are paying a tips to someone that only bring your plate for you. Went to grab the ustensils the shelves was empty. Went to ask the cashier. first of all the manager ou wtvr the lady in front was didn’t even speak with you as customers and tell other to check if they are in the back. Meanwhile you still waiting and has no ustensils. Needed to ask another waitress to get a forks 😒😒. Now the food. It was a diaster as you can see the crape sales is burned can’t even cut it without breaking it. Taste like burn and super salty. They changed their menu it’s no longer good. Very bad service, very cheap utensils (wooden), you go to the casher to place the order! you go serve the water yourself! had to check 5 water glasses to find a clean one, desserts are just ok. I use to visit at least two new different restaurants by month and I always end by coming back to this place. I visited Juliette & Chocolat two weeks ago, and even if we had a little delay with our order because the place was really full, I enjoyed along ... with my family, a very nice two hours. All of us decided to order different dishes this time, and we were very happy with the taste of everything we were served. We saw they have a new menu and new delicious dishes and beverages to try. I strongly recommend the sundae, very nice and delicious. In addition, I think the place is modern and they offer a lot of good salty and sweet options. One thing that caught our attention is that those tables at the end of the place are kind of forgotten. I think that it was also why our order was delayed. Also, the waitress was very nice and polite and offered clarification on the menu. She made a kind suggestion that was taken into account for us, very helpful. Our experience was good overall, please keep the good service and pay attention to those tables around the corner at the end of the place. Read more
