Probably the worst customer service experience so far. I waited 5-10 minutes for someone to notice me and then maybe another 2-5 minutes to have someone actually help me. The lady helping me was uninterested, slow paced, slightly aggressive with her responses to myself and someone that was after me. It’s ... first thing in the morning (9:30am) and there are crumbs on the tables, alarms we’re going off the whole time I was waiting to be helped, honestly I was unsure if the place was open for business. You can't renovate filth. Just renovated but still disgustingly dirty. Every table is dirty. The floor is dirty. You'd think they would take pride in the new renovations and to have a fresh clean restaurant. But it's disturbing and looks like tables haven't been cleaned for days.

Went to drive thru. Only to find 2 items missing. And the food was thrown into the bag barely wrapped properly. Tried calling to complain but they didn't answer. Check your food before you leave this place. Ended up paying an additional$10 for no reason.

I tried a new Wendy's location for drive through today, but wish I'd gone somewhere else. It was lunch hour and I received luke-warm food after ordering a chicken sandwich combo. When I opened the bag I realized I wasn't provided any salt, pepper, ketchup, nor a receipt. I ... was given a single napkin though. When did providing customers a receipt become optional? There was some work being done to the building and a worker using a boom lift was working above the drive through and parking lot lanes, he appeared to be prepping for painting. I'm not sure why the drive through wasn't closed for this task and his work area taped off to vehicle and pedestrian traffic as it is a hazard to all. On the other side of the building another worker was working on the roof without any safety equipment and was unloading boards from a forklift, again without any safety measures in place to protect the public. I understand the desire to remain open while the work is being done, but no regard was given to public or worker safety. I won't be going back to this location as a result of this experience. My order was picked up for delivery 3 minutes after I placed my order. I never got the fries I ordered and some of my bacon was undercooked. In the past my burger has been undercooked as well so I’m definitely not gonna try it now. I called to ask ... if the fryer was working so I could re order and she asked me who I was and then hung up on me. Terrible service. Read more
