We went to this location and the lady at the counter was just super unfriendly. We were the only ones ordering so I was asking her about today's special. She would just point at the menu board and not say anything at all. After confronting her why she's not talking ... and just pointing she started snapping and being disrespectful so that I had to cancel my order and spend my money somewhere else where I am getting some customer service. Did a mobile pick up about a week ago on the weekend and they made comments in their language (which was understood) about ordering beef. My Beef Cruncho didn't even have the tostado in it. It tasted weird, so I cut it in half and it was just beef and ... lettuce, I had to throw it in the garbage. Been here during the week and would order the crispy beef burrito and nobody would make comments. Extremely rude weekend staff and made me not want to come back here and give this company my money. I purchased a 10$ taco salad and got 3 small bites out of it… definitely not worth it they cheap out on the toppings. Better off going next door to A&W and getting a 3$ chicken wrap!

This place charges .25 cents to put ur burrito in a paper bag. They do not ask the customer if they want to pay for a bag and they don’t inform the customer they’re going to charge them an extra $.25. They simply ring it up with the food order. Location - 19705 fraser highway langley. Order no - 187156 We ordered 2 Taco Combo It was our first time, we did not enjoy the food at all. The taste was poor , no good stuffing for tacos. Customer service was below average too.
