I just want to say thank you to the lady that served us tonight. She's there often in the evenings and she's always really awesome. The food is always assembled with care as well and tastes like good hot DQ

Had my favourite with nice quiet place with no hassle parking

I went to get a chocolate milk shake, and she brought me a vanilla shake after waiting 5 minutes and 2 guests ordering and leaving before me. I told the employee that I ordered chocolate and she argued saying that it was chocolate, even thought it was a white milkshake. I ... tasted it, and to absolutely no surprise, it was vanilla. Not a hint of chocolate. Other customers were stunned to see her arguing with me about it being chocolate. She then left without saying anything, and another 5 minutes passed and other customers being helped and leaving before coming back with not only a chocolate milkshake, but an attitude. No acknowledgement that they messed up, horrible customer service, and the fact that you argue with something so obvious is absolutely ridiculous. Might want to check if your staff are colour blind cuz chocolate is not white. Read more

Come on, why can’t I get onion rings that aren’t all burnt and crusty after paying $4.99 for a small size??? I know it’s a busy drive thru, but if you can’t make decent food then just close it down already. This location is always consistent with good service. I always order the peanut buster parfait with pecans and it's usually good. Occasionally they don't serve enough toppings like fudge and peanuts but 80% of the time it's the way it should be or better. It really depends on who is ... making it I suppose. The restaurant is usually clean. I've never seen tables that are dirty. The staff is usually quite friendly. Read more
