The food is good and the prices are fair, but the best thing about Katy's Restaurant is Katy and the atmosphere she creates. It seems to be a gathering place for locals, and even thought it was my first time there, I was made to feel welcome and part of ... the group. I was included in the casual banter that was going on, and it was truly enjoyable. Katy told me she's closed on Mondays, so I guess I'll have to wait until next Tuesday before I return. I had a cheeseburger with a side salad, and it turns out that the lettuce was fresh from Katy's own garden. You won't get that at any of the franchise burger joints. Read more

The burger I ate will visit me in my dreams for the rest of my life. Pillowy golden bun, melted cheese, grilled onions, crispy lettuce - layered atop a tender, meaty, and juicy, burger patty - perfectly balanced. If you’ve never tried one, I would certainly recommend it.

What a surprise! A little 20'x40' hole in the side of a little strip mall most people just drive by... Katy greets you with the most cheerful and welcoming tone, service is usually quick and the food is very fresh, perfectly prepared and simply delicious. Known for her breakfasts ... and lunches, it may not wow you with the decor (minimalist with a few stuffed animals throughout) but it's a great little place for a homemade meal with family or friends. Lots of food choices with it's simple menu provides dishes everyone should know and love... Good portions, average price ranges, all-in-all a good value for the dollar. Great little place for breakfast and lunch! I got the turkey club sandwich with home made fries and it was perfect 😀

My wife and I came for breakfast and had a very enjoyable time. Could tell that the place was well liked as many customers knew each other on a firstname basis. It is very nice having small family run places in the community such as this.
