What can I say about the dairy Queen. Excellent frozen treats! My favorite of course is a peanut buster parfait but since I am trying to watch my weight I don't have them as often as I would like.

I asked what their smallest thing cause I’m not very hungry and and the girl treated me with the snarkiest attitude and replied “cheeseburger”… I said I was looking for something small not a cheeseburger cause I was confused why a cheeseburger? Came across as if she’s making fun of ... my weight perhaps? I left because I have social anxiety and ordering is already difficult for me and she wasn’t being kind or helpful. When I went to sit down after my friend helping me order, she looked back at me with another co worker and they looked at each other and started laughing and saying things. It was clear they were making fun of me. They were working on May 12, 2024 at 6:50 pm if management wanted to look into this. I sat there trying to process all that happened, and felt too anxious which made me lose my appetite. I had to ask them to return my order because I felt too awful to consume it and her and the other employee started to argue with me about my reason. I said I don't want to argue, I just can't eat it and would like a refund. They asked "and you didn't know this earlier?" and that they won't refund me but they can make me a new one or give me a coupon. To that I said no because again I was too anxious to eat and I am no longer a customer of Dairy Queen due to this incident. She asked me to take the ice cream and throw it out myself instead of taking care of it. Read more

(My review is solely based on ice creams and shakes. I haven't tried burgers here) Despite a lot of run-of-the-mill reviews for DQ, I reckon it has the cheapest yet plausibly tasty ice creams in town.  We thought the size of the Oreo brownie and choco brownie cup ice creams was ... just perfect for a family of four. Went through the drive-thru at 10pm 1 hour before close so I don't expect super fresh, I understand it's late. But what I recieved was two brick solid pieces of dried out beef smothered in mustard. I get this burger many times before and no problem. But if this is the condition ... of the food at night, just throw it out. Tell me it's sold out or something. Don't make me pay $7 for garbage that you're about to throw out, just so I have to throw it out at home in my garbage. Read more

🚫NOPE🚫 We used to go here every week but not after today. This is the second time we have been given a rotten banana from this location. My daughter was eating her banana split with her little sister and went to have some of the banana and it was all black. I ... will never go back here after this. The night manager at first refused to give me my money back and said it had mostly been eaten! My daughter's had maybe 2-4 bites of the ice cream before noticing. The lady offered me a new one instead and said that their bananas normally look like that. I ended up getting my money back fortunately in the end after arguing. They should have fresh bananas for an $8.50 item in my opinion! Can you imagine what they put into an orange Julius?! Wasted gas and time to return it. Night manager was rude and made it an easy decision for us to never return. I hope that they have future quality standards. So gross! Read more
