Always fresh, great tasting food at White Spot. Service was prompt, courteous, and professional. Food was quickly served in spite of the restaurant being very, very busy.

The White Spot has a special place in my heart. I remember as a child going to the White Spot and getting the the Pirate Ship meal and eating it in the back of my dad’s vehicle with a long tray that stretched across the back seat windows. ... You can still go to this White Spot location and get your order and meal while staying in your vehicle. Love the White Spot burger. Our visit was great. We had a large group and the service was great. The food was served hot and it was tasty. The restaurant was clean and well lit. The washroom was clean also. Friendly service and food was good. The chicken tenders were fresh and juicy and the onion rings were great too. Service was quick by the waitstaff. Although I did notice what appeared to be management loudly reprimanding their staff which was highly unprofessional and made for a bit of an ... awkward dining experience. We came in a little after lunch time, people are just finishing up as we were coming in, there was not much wait time before we were seated which was good. The server was very nice, friendly and fast. I ordered the Alredo Pasta and my husband ordered chicken fingers. ... The chicken fingers were Okay - just chicken fingers and that's kind of expected :) The Alfredo pasta however was tasty but I think It was overly saucy, to the point that it looked like soup. White spot used to be my favourite restaurant. Unfortunately, after my latest experience at this location that changed. We were served burgers in which the bread bun was actually wet, not just soggy but wet. I've attached pictures as I was shocked it was served this way. Because of this ... we had to order another burger which took an additional 30 minutes. I understand that it was somewhat busy however we had already waited 40 minutes to receive our food initially. Aside from the food, the restaurant itself was not very clean. The glasses too were not very clean. I felt very uncomfortable at this location and definitely will not be returning. The staff were not being very helpful either, they did not check in on us, refill waters, etc. We ended up just paying cash because we couldn't get a hold of our server. We also spoke to the manager who didn't seem too bothered about any of this - which was even more concerning. Overall, I would not recommend this location to anyone. Read more
