Tim Hortons - Langley, British Columbia

This one is not good. You wait to order even if you're the only one in the place. The order is rarely correct when you receive it. It is in an area where the employees from the businesses in the area could make the owners of ... this Tim Hortons very very wealthy. Instead they have driven patrons away because it takes too long to go through the ordering process. It is not a relaxing place due to the people behind the counter talking too loud. The service here is the worst; they throw the food at you before you can reach and take it from their hand. Zero eye contact and communication and no etiquette when engaging with customers. Having to wait for food and your order when going through the drive-through defeats the ... whole purpose of having a drive-through for quick turnaround service to order and buy your food. Employees at this Tim Hortons need to learn how to work appropriately in Canada. Read more

Warning ** Employees not washing their hands before preparing food. This is the standard of quality that you will receive at this location as of Thursday June 6 2024, 7 am. walking in . I asked for an everything bagel with butter and recieved a mangled , near butter less bagel. ... This is not to any standard or even preference ,there is not even a quarter teaspoon of spread on my bagel. You have disrespected the smear , I don't know how this flys. Making matters worse , as I waited to be served this morning , an employee entered the restaurant to start their shift. She greeted everyone taking their attention away from service , she then proceeded to make her self her own bagel in the toaster, in her street clothes, and continued the conversation with everyone behind the counter. I stood by until she had left to the back and then finally my order was taken ... I waited for my coffee and what is clearly a bagel that has no spread and looks like it fell on the floor and was stepped on ,before they toasted it. I waited longer for this bagel to be made then it took the arriving employee to come in , make herself breakfast and chat. Not to mention it was longer I stood in line initially as well just waiting to have my order taken the time it took the employee to grab a bagel and make it for herself...in her street clothes. Thanks for great service and food ...it was terrible, I'm being facetious! I'm not even that overly critical , but this was dreadful service wait time and food quality. And I can go ask for this to be addressed and corrected, but this seems to be a reoccurring theme in fast-food especially at timhortons in Langley ,Should I have to ? Warning*** The employee did not wash their hands before preparing her bagel, I watched her enter the store from the street, go directly behind the counter, began chatting to the entire staff of about eight people , then go directly to food storage and went to directly preparing her own food with the utensils! This is basic food safe 101 and this type of practice can get people severely sick. I did not eat my food, and am thinking about the lack of care and consideration while I have drank half my coffee now. Read more

I bought a small white milk yesterday for my 2 1/2 year old daughter to drink with donuts. I saw her take a few sips, and then I tried it myself to see if it was coming up the straw properly because the straw seemed too long for the milk. ... But it smelled so bad that it made me gag. I was so shocked that I opened the milk and saw that it was so spoiled it looked like tofu. I immediately went to the counter, showed the employee, and told them about it, but they just put a new milk on the counter without even apologizing. I went back to my table very angry, and since I couldn’t trust the new milk either, I asked for a refund. When I said I was very unhappy with their service for not even apologizing, they finally said sorry and mentioned that the fridge might have been broken. WHAT? 🤯 I’m so disappointed with Tim Hortons. Very rude staff members. I’ve been o this location many time’s different time of the day always rude and talk back to customers . One time I was getting ready to pay the lady window said hurry up & all I was doing getting my card out of my handbag & ... just to get a bad attitude and nasty water coffee. The last straw July 4 23. When I deceived not to her ice cap the lady at the window yelled at me and say too bad I’ve already made it you’ve to pay for it . I said no I’m not I’m still at the order intercom tryouts bf to Oder more food . Once i get to the window to pay she was still rude arguing with me over an ice cap . I payed for the food just to get home b seen how eye prep our food . Hardly anything in my & my bf bowl , make kids wraps filled apart soon as open wasting food so it was a mess in my car . So I went back this time inside just for nasty behaviour and then laughing . I even up getting my money back and leaving my food there cause I order new bbq not even what I got but I’ll never go there again . Read more
