Tim Hortons - Langley, British Columbia

I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich since I can't eat anything else on the menu and they didn't have a grill at their location ...the people were very nice...the 1 star is for Tim Hortons, if you can't provide the food why advertise it???

This is probably the worst customer service in the whole country damn who hurt y’all 😂 i commend them for not giving a flying fack at their job, I strive to be that carefree!!! I paid in cash at the window and the worker snatched the bill out of my ... hand causing the coins on top to fall on the ground. Stop putting the damn Boston cremes in bags! And a hello and goodbye would be nice at the window. Only reason for 2 stars is because that was the best bagel of my life I just ate.

They go my order wrong and I came back to politely ask for a remake. You would think that if they made a mistake, they would replace it with an empathetic attitude. But no, they try to make me pay for it and are quite rude at the window. No ... apologies or anything every time. Even though this location gets my order wrong on multiple occasions, i still come here because it is the convenient option. This particular experience has made me never want to come back. Look at this burnt bagel 😭 my boyfriend was so hungry and was too far to bring it back. We stopped having coffee here because we found a clump of mould in the coffee and got us very sick. He just wanted a fresh sandwich to kill the hunger until ... getting home. This is unacceptable and the employee had to see this and purposely gave it to him. WHY!!! I’m so upset with the quality of food we pay for at Timmy’s. This is not fair. I hope someone reaches out to us for a refund. No receipt given and we paid cash. 😭 I wouldn’t even feed this to a dog.
