Terrible they can’t even pack a wrap properly absolutely inhumane never coming back and suggest to go to other Timmie’s nearby

Worst customer service I have ever had. We sat for at least 5 minutes before anyone took our order. Keep in mind were the only vehicle in line. After what seemed like 3 hours we finally got up to the window, where the lady asked me again what my order ... was! Walks away for another 5 minutes without a word, comes back with the debit machine THAT WASNT EVEN ON, she again walked away. Just clueless! The girl, who kind of manages here and gave me my refund does not know how to talk to people. Other staff were really nice. She should keep her negative attitude to herself and talk respectfully to people. Instead of talking down the customer, maybe try to hear them ... one time instead of being explained to four times. Please check your food quality and give people what they ask for correctly before bombarding us with useless arguments. Read more

If I could give zero stars, I would! I ordered three coffees, one muffin, and a hash brown for a total of $10.65. I gave $20.65 and they passed me my drinks and food, then said “NEXT…” and moved on. I drove home, which is only two minutes away, and ... realized they never gave me my change. I went back within ten minutes, and they argued with me and gave me attitude, refusing to give me my money back. When I asked to speak to the manager, they wouldn’t provide a name or number. They eventually gave me my money, but it wasn’t just about the money—it’s about the service. They accused me of lying, and when I asked them to check the cameras, they said there were none outside the drive-through. I insisted they check the in-store cameras to prove I wasn’t lying. The employee involved was named Simran, and the manager, as they said, was Tamia. I want to speak to the OWNER OF THIS TIM HORTONS and will be emailing corporate about this! We got 3 loaded bowls today which were half empty, when we asked why there is so less food, the east asian lady said that this is the amount what they serve 1 spoon rice. We have had loaded bowls since they were launched from various locations, one example is near ... the renfrew station where the bowl is filled to the brim, so I am pretty sure I was ripped off at this tim hortons and I would make sure the word reaches the manager. If you didn't have enough food for 3 bowls you should have told me rather than splitting the food of 2 people in 3 bowls....this is very bad 👎 Read more
