had a horrible experience at this starbucks. all the employees were rude and a barista with the name caleb was so rude and gave me such a bad attitude. Such amazing kind staff, genuinely so polite and lovely to talk with and so helpful. Especially Lily. Will be my new go to Starbucks whenever I’m craving a drink. 10/10

I don’t know what changed but over the past few months every time I walk in there I get dirty looks from the majority of the workers except for one really tall dude who does his best to project positivity while surrounded by these negative coworkers. The rest of the ... staff seemed pissed off that I have the nerve to order from their location. A big location with no tables and chairs and no warning. They also tell you to go to the grocery store to use the washroom. You'd think a washroom would be standard for a place serving food and drinks. Automatically get dirty looks walking in the front door. Awful location.
