Ritz catering recently did our wedding at the UBC boathouse! We never managed to coordinate a tasting due to time/life, but trusted them based on reviews. Ritz definitely exceeded our expectations!!! There were 111 people at our wedding. We had so much positive feedback regarding our buffet, and how it was ... the best buffet some of our guests had experienced at a wedding! Everyone RAVED about the brisket - it was DELICIOUS! Our wedding was half Polish and the Polish people were pleased with the pierogi appetizer, and even connected with one of the employees who was Polish! (They loved that). The lead lady for the evening, (I’m not sure if it was the chef or not) plated my meal for me as the Bride, which made me feel so special. Thank you so much for everything! Thank you so much Ritz Catering. Chef Stu and Sarah and their staff are amazing. My son got married last weekend and Ritz catered it and also catered the rehearsal dinner. They were amazing and so easy to deal with. Their team made the events go ... smoothly without any issues. The food was delicious. We had some of their staff work the wedding and they were amazing. Ritz pricing is more than competitive and their service is second to none. If you are looking for a cater for your wedding, birthday, or company event I would 100% use them. Ritz catering was amazing at my daughter’s wedding reception. The staff new exactly how to look after things, and were very familiar with the venue looking after keeping the doors closed for noise control, making sure that people new where to be and doing the clean up after was just ... so helpful. They worked through the evening but were never in the way. The food was amazing! I would highly recommend them for any event. The amount of compliments we got on the quality and selection of food Ritz provided was staggering. Everyone had glowing things to say. Truly, everything was hot, fresh, and delicious, which I have to think is tough to pull off at a reception for close to 100 people. Their cooking made our ... day feel more special. With other options we tried out, it really seemed like you had to pick between value and quality, but we really felt like we got both here. We're telling everyone about them. A gold star goes to the chef who was cutting the beef in-person for our guests. It gave the meal such a sense of theatre.
