Small coffee, tea place. Small selection of baked goods as well as gelato. They also carry some home kitchen goods. Came for tea. Small but good selection. Place is fairly clean however staff can be hit and miss, sometimes friendly and quick others don't say a word and ... take forever and could use coaching on customer service. One of the best coffee shops in Langley and definitely the best one in Willowbrook Mall. They have good WiFi and a decent vibe in there. It’s not a very quiet location given that it’s across from the food court which is always loud.

Latte tasted quite bad. Espresso shot in my latte was over extracted. The person behind the counter didnt seemed skilled enough nor cared. I really liked Mattu's but willowbrook mall outlet quality has gone done as this is not the first time it has happened. The other location still has ... better quality. It’s not a bad shop and they do have some okay coffee. But they don’t know what a cafe misto is. It’s not a spot for serious coffee drinkers but if all you want is a sweet “coffee drink” then this place will do.

There was no clear indication of a line up area and the staff didn't acknowledge me after standing in 3 different spots trying to give an order. It was a very hectic day for everyone there but I would have tried again if only someone acknowledged that I would get ... helped eventually. So I think this is a managerial issue. The store was nicely designed, the options were huge and for the most part a great store. I would gladly try again in the future if they deal with the organization issue a little bit better. A simple cue line makes a difference. Read more
