Burger King - Langley, British Columbia

This is the second time I've had an issue at this location. I made an order 45 minutes before it was meant for pick up/delivery. I work in mission so I order my food early. When I got there my food was not ready. I was told that it doesn't ... show up until they press the button on the register even though I had already paid with the app. They asked me to pull around the corner to save their timer schedule. This is the second time in the history of me being a Burger King, customer and asking for a refund or some type of Generosity because this has been ridiculous. I ordered almost $30 worth of food and I was asked to pull around the corner after I had ordered 45 minutes prior. I am not somebody who's trying to get a free meal. Online BK service offered me 8000 crowns which isn't enough enough to cover a poutine. They said being asked to pull around wasn't acceptable and they would message the restaurant. Well if you are that restaurant and want to make things right, contact me. A small piece of additional information, the only time I ever complained about this location was when I saw a giant rat in the bush right outside the pickup window. tl;dr Below average. Look at the picture. Ordered via Uber because sometimes you just want Burger King from Uber. The regular Whoppers were put together well but lacked that distinct Whopper flame broiled flavor. Fries and onion ring were ok too, and the drinks and shake were fine. But the junior hamburger or ... whatever it’s called… my goodness. I guess they ran out of the right sized buns? On first glance I thought they had sent me just two pieces of bread. We ordered the “4 can dine for $29.99” which I thought was a pretty good deal. Two of the four are regular Whoppers and the other two are these smaller burgers. The picture speaks for itself. Long wait, got my chicken fries and they were severely overcooked, shriveled and barely had chicken in them 🤬 it was like eating a stick. someone’s hair was in my toddlers hash browns. he ended up almost eating it. they do not wear hairnets, this place is so gross. do not recommend at all

So if I could give zeros across the board I would for this location. I don't know about you but when I order an apple pie I'd rather it didn't come with a nasty side of someone's hair. Absolutely disgusting 🫣 The worst part, rather then give me my money back they ... wanted to know if I wanted two new pies.... are you frigging kidding 😳 Zero chance I'd eat anything from this place. Can't even imagine how dirty the kitchen must be. BTW- to be totally transparent this incident was not recent but did take place this summer, I just found the pics again and felt the need to post this, as it was disgusting and management didn't seem to care at all.
