AVOID AVOID AVOID Placed online order for near £50, didn't get an order confirmation email. waited a few days and still no emails at all so i called. the person who answered just said "hello?" like it wasn't a business, or like they weren't expecting anyone to call, but they ... managed to look up my order and said they would send an email with a status. the email arrived and said he had included a tracking number but there was no tracking number. i replied and very nicely asked him to resend. no reply. i asked very nicely again a day later. no reply. i asked very nicely a day later why he wasn't replying to my emails. no reply. i waited the weekend and then on monday i sent an email and said if he doesn't reply to my email and i still don't have my items by end of day, i was going to request a refund. no reply. after 6pm on monday, i filed a case with paypal, who refunded me and closed the case within 24 hours. Ordered via onbuy.com with this company and they never sent the supplements in the post. Trying to get my money back via PayPal at the moment. AVOID!!!!!
