We've been coming here for many years and recently it looks a lot cleaner. Some of the games were moved around so the floor didn't feel so cluttered. Highly recommended planning birthday parties during the week as it's not so busy and chaotic. Personally we love their pizza and chocolate ... cake, and their pop never tastes flat. Our kids who are 5 & 7 love it here! We live in Vancouver so it's a bit of a drive (1 hour) to go to Langley. They are on a card system so you can bring the card around to scan to play the games. Lots of games for ... little kids as well as bigger kids. There's a little kid area with smaller games and rides which was perfect for my 5 year old. You can do unlimited play for 2 hours and you can scan multiple games. You just need 15 seconds in between the scanning. There's lots of booth tables to put down jackets or have a seat. We've also had a birthday party here which was great as well. They have rows and rows of tables for birthday parties and they have a coordinator to help with setup. We really love this location of Chuck E. Cheese. They have a wide variety of games. The prices are fair. The pizza is super delicious. I took advantage of their unlimited refill cup, which is an excellent deal. What's most important is that the manager and her team are exceptional! They deliver ... incredible service. It's not just a one-time observation; we have visited this place numerous times and have noticed the same group of staff over the past few months. They truly make up an amazing team. Even though we live far away, we visit every holiday, and we never get tired of it. We have so much fun at this place, and not only do the children enjoy it, but us adults also feel that it's a great place for kids to play while parents can relax and sit nearby, watching them play. Had a great time here for our kids joined birthday parties today. The store manager Beth greeted us and our server Caitlin was very attentive. Pizza 🍕 was real good here (considering if you compared to other indoor playgrounds’ pizzas) and it’s really hassle free! You just bring a cake a ... few balloons and you are all set! The only complaint I have would be some of the games took a very long time to activate and the card took a longer time to make the game work. Will definitely be back! Read more

We went there today there around 3pm and as we entered the whole atmosphere sounds great and cleaned. One side a birthday party was going on. We bought a point based card and had a wonderful experience. Kids had cheese sticks and French fries. So food was also good and ... fresh. Overall it's recommended. Read more
