Been coming to this location for years and very disappointed with my pickup order. They gave me plain white undercooked wedges (should have been peri wedges), ordered a spicy chicken kale salad and looks like it was just a chicken caesar salad, 0 red onions, no chickpeas. This is the Nando's we normally go to when we want to eat at one (vs takeaway) as its location is perfect for us to do other errands and shopping nearby. We've never had an issue with our food and it's consistently delicious. I found this location to be more consistent ... than the one near Metrotown, which had kept us coming back regularly. The staff are always friendly and the last two times we've been, they've told us how we could get the same amount of food for less, which I'm very appreciative for given how expensive food has become. Coming down from Kamloops we went directly to this wonderful Nando’s location. There are loads of parking and they even added an enclosed patio to increase the seating capacity. The inside is in good shape. The food was world class as usual and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Went in on Father’s Day and they had plenty of tables, no wait. It was around 4:30pm, not lunch, not dinner. We ordered the full chicken combo with 2 sides and garlic bread. Perfect for the 3 of us. Service was ok.. washroom was clean.. restaurant’s cleanliness was acceptable… food ... was decent. Parking is free. It was not a bad experience but it was not amazing either. Read more
