Placed an order for delivery was told it was available. Then received a call back 5 minutes later and told that it was not possible. We ordered online for pickup and when I arrived multiple staff greeted me. The person who took my payment was friendly and efficient and on seeing I was struggling to carry everything, immediately began to help and carried my order out to the car in the pouring rain. I never ... expect much service-wise at fast food type establishments, and it really surprised me (enough to leave a review which I’ve never done for a fast food type place). I got 3 pizza there yesterday, 1 was supposed to be gluten free and unfortunately it wasn't. I went back today and they were amazing. So professional and polite. They gave me a full refund and apologized at least 3 times saying there was no excuse and ... it was unacceptable. You don't see customer service like this much anymore. Wonderful staff.
